The Indy film is set in 1957, 19 years after the events of "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade." During this time Dr. Jones has been living a peaceful life in contrast to his adventures seen in past films. But how boring would an Indiana Jones film be with the star just teaching classes? The movie will send Indiana, traveling on that famous red line, to New Mexico, Connecticut and Peru. With the Nazi's gone Indiana now races against the Soviet Union and rival, unethical archaeologists for the crystal skull.
Academy Award Winning Kate Blanchett plays a Soviet agent, while Ray Winstone ("Beowulf") plays an archaeologist racing to get the crystal skull before anyone else does.
Well, I'm pumped. I can't wait to hear that booming Indiana Jones theme in theaters. It should be one fun movie.
