Pirates and Dark Knight Sequels Shooting Next Year?

I give way to the 95% possibility that these comments are totally false, but they peaked my interest enough for me to post them.

Disney Head of Production, Oren Aviv, revealed the fourth "Pirates of the Caribbean" will shoot next May. He hopes Pirates 4 will be released summer of 2011:

“It’s important to get the story right and it’s important to me to scale it down, because we can’t get bigger… The movies have subsequently gotten bigger and bigger and very complicated and they were satisfying on so many levels obviously, but I want to kind of reboot the whole thing and bring it down to its core, its essence, just characters.”

Interesting... Reboot it eh? Johnny Depp is currently very interested in the next movie and Aviv hopes the next movie will be the first of yet another trilogy. Though Gore Verbinski (director of the first three "Pirates") was originally slated to direct the "Bioshock" movie, production has been severely stalled-- Leaving a possible return for him as well.

So what of Batman? Sadly it's nothing quite as in depth as Aviv on Pirates 4. Gary Oldman simply stated shooting would begin next year. Jokingly he added, "...Don't quote me on that."

So what does it mean? Probably, and very literally nothing. All the rumors that have been spit from actors about the next Batman sequel have been concluded as false or exaggerated. Until Warner Brothers comes out with an official announcement, I wouldn't get too excited. But Oldman's comment at least gives fans something to chew on until real news surfaces.
